Carter Rogers is a Louisiana native having been born in Baron Rouge, Louisiana in 1949. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University (B.S. in Business Administration) in 1971 and is a 1977 graduate of The Banking School of the South at Louisiana State University. He has completed courses I and II of the Land Title Institute and was a participant in Chicago Title Insurance Company's Partners for Excellence Program.

     Carter is a 20 year veteran of the title industry with experience in both residential and commercial transactions. His experience includes most aspects of commercial and industrial real estate transactions such as commercial buildings, shopping centers and malls, warehouses, apartments, refineries, and manufacturing facilities. He is a member of both the Louisiana Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. He has been a guest lecturer in title insurance, title issues, responsibilities of title and escrow agents for the Board of Realtors, Bank One, Commercial National Bank of Shreveport, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Federal Housing Administration.

     Carter is a member of the Church Council and the Finance Committee of First United Methodist Church of Shreveport, and a member of the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. He is presently or has previously been involved with the United Way, Volunteers of America, Ducks Unlimited, the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, and the Shreveport-Bossier Mortgage Bankers Association, the Shreveport-Bossier Home Builders Association, the Greater Shreveport Economic Development Foundation, and the Caddo Foundation for Exceptional Children.

     Lance Mosley was born in Magnolia, Arkansas in 1962 and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1984 from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in May 1989.

     Lance has been in the title business for 8 years and specializes in residential development work. He assists developers and builders with covenants and restrictions, homeowner associations, and the establishment of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations in Louisiana, as well as performing residential closings of all kinds, whether sales, builder interim financing, new mortgage loans or refinances.

     Lance is a former President of the Bossier Parish Bar Association. He also served as President of the Bossier Parish Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He was appointed by the President of the Louisiana Bar Association to the Uniform Title Standards Committee representing Northwest Louisiana. He is currently a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations and now serves as a representative of the 26th Judicial District to the Louisiana Bar Association. Lance is a member of both the Louisiana and American Land Title Associations.

     Lance is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bossier Medical Center Healthcare Foundation, a member of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation, and the Home Builders Association. He has served on the Advisory Group for the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City and serves on the Finance Committee. Lance was chosen the Small Business Person of the Year by the Bossier Chamber of Commerce in 1996.
